  Lubos gave us a terrific walk around the town revealing so many interesting things. We had booked a private tour so that we could go at our own pace and hear everything said without too much effort. Lubos was very attentive to our needs, flexible to our pace, and energised us with his own enthusiasms and knowledge

  We had just finished a cruise with 9 other local guides. We stuck gold with our 10th guide in Lubos. His knowledge, visual information, personal attention and documentation he gave us was extraordinary. Easily was 10 times better than any of our other guides we had through our cruise.

  Lubos is beyond knowledgeable-he is kind, attentive, a keen listener and proud to share the history of Trieste. He was patient with my husbands reduced sight; adjusted our path for more shade & we enjoyed a luscious coffee with chocolate that was memorable.   Trieste is a wonderful city, with a unique charm and an elegance from another time. Piazza Unità d'Italia overlooking the sea is spectacular; the historic cafes have an incredible atmosphere, and there is a truly fascinating Central European air. The city develops between the sea and the plateau, so there is a continuous ups and downs of hills, staircases, and sloping streets (like when climbing to the Castle of San Giusto). Bring super comfortable shoes! If you do not love walking uphill, public transport and taxis work perfectly well. A city rich in history and breathtaking views. Beautiful, intense, and definitely... dynamic!

  Is it possible to give 100 stars? This guide is hands down the best ever. He is friendly, knowledgeable and now feels like family! I cannot wait to book his services again when we come back!

  Our group of 29 pensioners was accompanied by Lubos from Monday to Thursday: City tour theme coffee, walking tour, driving the Delfino Verde to Muggia, visit to Miramare Castle. Lubos impressed us with his detailed knowledge, whether historical, regional or current city issues. His enthusiastic storytelling introduced us entertainingly to Trieste and the surrounding area, with his language skills being an advantage for us. Equally worth mentioning his good restaurant recommendations. A big THANK YOU. We will keep him and Trieste in good memory.

  The private, Experience Trieste 2.5 hour walking tour was the perfect introduction to this Italian port city. As a cruise port gateway to Venice, Trieste may not get all the attention it deserves, but—trust us—it’s well worth spending some time there. Our personable local guide, Lubos, possessed all of the attributes deserving of a five-star rating: punctuality, knowledgeable, flexibility, and friendliness. We also greatly appreciated his pre-tour communications via WhatsApp, which gave us the confidence that all was in order. Everything promised in the tour description was delivered in a timely manner, at a leisurely pace, and by the knowledgeable and winsome, Lubos. The tour focused on Old Town Trieste, including its history, architecture, and cultural landmarks. The tour was the perfect springboard for our port of call there.

  Lubos was an exceptional guide in Trieste.He met us at our hotel and we had a very interesting walk trough the city.He told us about history and culture of Trieste.Invited for coffee and gave tips how to order it in Italy.We really appreciated it as we are a coffee lovers.He also provided an additional info about the city in the brochures we got by the end of our tour.Highly recommended Lubos and his tour.
