To discover the roots of Trieste, we'll explore the Capitol Hill of San Giusto, site of ancient Roman ruins including the ancient Civil Basilical, the forum. We'll will also admire the medieval Castle (exterior) and the Cathedral of San Giusto which preserves stunning Byzantine mosaics and medieval frescoes.

5.00Sonia was very informative and had a nice pace throughout the tour. We enjoyed our experience very much. Perhaps a longer trip could be organized in the future for those who want to see even more of the city, but this was a good introduction.

5.00My wife and I enjoyed listening to the guided tour about the history of the city of Trieste. Sonya was really informative as she showed us around the main areas even during the rainy day. She stayed on top of the subject matter as we asked her questions around Piazza Unità d'Italia and Cattedrale di San Giusto Martire. Unfortunately she forgot her umbrella somewhere during the tour and we happened to have an extra one for her. I definitely would recommend her if you want someone with deep knowledge of the city.

4.00If you visit Trieste, this tour is a must. Sonia was very informative. In 2 1/2 hours we toured some of the new city and the old city. She brought us to some amazing sites while providing an interesting history of the city. I highly recommend Sonia as your guide for an enjoyable tour around Trieste!
