Preveli Beach
The beach of Preveli is situated 40 km south of the main town and is the most idyllic beach in Rethymno. Preveli reminds of an exotic lagoon. It is an oasis of palm trees with crystalline greenish waters and fine soft sand. Kourtaliotis River ends at this wonderful beach, creating a delta. Apart from the superb palm trees, lush vegetation surrounds the beach and the river, creating a dreamy landscape.
Spili
Spili, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Crete, is a charming village renowned for its Venetian fountain adorned with lion heads, gushing crystal-clear water. Surrounded by verdant hills and dotted with traditional tavernas, it offers visitors a serene retreat steeped in history and natural beauty, while also boasting cozy shops where you can find local crafts and souvenirs.

4.00The trip was fantastic. We had the advantage of being driven by the guide, who originally comes from Germany. The other tourists were assigned to different jeeps, where they received information about the trip and details about Crete via walkie-talkie from the guide during the ride. The places we visited were beautiful, and the food, raki, wine, and olive oil were very delicious. We were lucky to be there in May, so all the spots were not too crowded yet. In the peak summer, it is probably very crowded and stressful.

5.00It was a really beautiful tour with two other couples. We had a lot of fun and great destinations and stops. Our guide was Michael, and he completely captivated us with his way of introducing us to the country, the people, the island, and its nature and traditions. A great guy. He made the day a perfect day.

5.00The safari was very interesting; we learned a lot about the history of Crete. Our guide Kostas explained all our questions very well; he was very polite, nice, and humorous. The food in the tavern was excellent. It was an adventure that we can absolutely recommend and will long remember. Thank you for that.

Dionisis the tour guide was absolutely awesome explaining and providing historical information during the journey and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. What to say about the local products tasting and the lunch at a traditional taverna.
