Arromanches is famous for the artificial harbour Mulberry B that the allies developed there in June 44 to have the possibility to bring supplies into Normandy. An incredible feat of engineering, of which remains can still be seen.

5.00MATT KEY of Gold Beach Company was outstanding tour guide of the Normandy Beaches, cemeteries and important sites/stops in between. Thorough, knowledgeable and solely dedicated to this one venue. He highlighted the trip by pulling up/website our various relatives that served, pertinent details, etc. It was a great full day, you will thoroughly enjoy and benefit w/ Matt.
