A wonderful way to enjoy Italian cuisine, by learning side by side, with a knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly hostess in her own countryside home on the outskrits of Desenzano. Our lively teacher provided all that was needed (including red wine) for our delicious 4 course meal.

This was the first time we'd tried this kind of experience so we were a little unsure about how it would be. From the moment we arrived though Mariolina was an excellent host, providing Prosecco and Antipasto initially as we sat down. We all chatted between courses about the food, and I have to say the food was delicious each course was prepared with great ingredients and cooked excellently. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly rate Mariolina as a great cook and hostess.
