  Amazing service from start to finish! The car was spotless, clean, and smelled fresh when I got in. You can immediately tell they care about quality and comfort. The driver drove smoothly and safely, which made a big difference for me. Because of the calm and steady ride, I was able to open my laptop and finish some work without being disturbed by sudden braking or unnecessary rushing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free ride.

  Our experience with this service was extremely disappointing and fell far short of the VIP standards they claim to deliver. We specifically hired this company to be transported directly to the F1 Paddock, but our driver attempted to drop us off at a remote shuttle point instead of the destination promised. I want to make clear that our issue is not with the driver personally — he was courteous — but rather with the complete lack of preparation and training evident from both him and the company as a whole. For the very high price charged, the level of service was unacceptably poor. There was no knowledge of the event logistics, no special access, and certainly nothing resembling a true VIP experience. The following day, we engaged a different transportation provider and immediately noticed a dramatic difference: we received attentive, well-coordinated, and genuinely premium treatment — exactly what should be expected for the price. Additionally, I was particularly unimpressed by the attitude and professionalism of the manager, Mohammed, who demonstrated neither understanding of VIP service expectations nor any real interest in guest satisfaction or hospitality towards tourists. I strongly advise anyone expecting authentic VIP service to look elsewhere.
