5.00The taxi was very clean the driver (Peter) was very friendly helpful and courteous. We were dropped off at the hotel door. At the airport we were delayed by a long queue but the taxi (Peter) kept in touch and was at the exit within two minutes of us exiting the airport. Great service much appreciated. 1.00Company did not show. Flew into Krakow John Paul II International airport arriving as scheduled and the car company was not there at our meeting point nor was reachable on the phone number they provided. Tried to call several times and the recording stated that the operator was busy and the company did not try to call me even though they had my number. Unacceptable, particularly for a solo female arriving late to a foreign company. Would have been better off just taking a taxi which was what I was forced to do in the end. I have tried to get a hold of the company to complain and ask for a refund, as has my husband, but they have not replied now for almost 24 hours. Totally unacceptable. I expect either Viator or the tour company to refund my prepayment.
