The exhibition features narrow corridors and an immersive layout reflecting wartime Kraków. Although the building once operated as Schindler’s factory, it now functions solely as a museum and does not contain original production equipment.

3.00After 1.5 hours in line, I was totally disappointed in the museum . I have been to similar themed museums in USA, Jerusalem, dachau concentration camp etc. This was so disappointing and it would have been better had they told us more about Schindler and what he did. The brochure was more interesting than the self guided tour. I left thinking I had missed something .
Interesting, but less than I expected.

4.00The guided tour gave us interesting information about Jewish Krakow under Nazi occupation, with period documents, but not so much about the Schindler factory itself. The rooms are small, the group was made up of too many people (many with annoying backpacks...) to be comfortable , circulate well and follow the explanations, even if the guide did his best.

4.00I would have given it 5 stars, but the rooms were small and we had a group of about 23 people. It was entirely too many people. I th8nk 15 people would have been a good number. Most of the time everyone could not fit I. The same room at the same time; therefore, everyone could. To be I. The same room with the tour guide.
