5.00Our trip to Emerald Lake, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that was our incredible tour guide Ashish from Matrix Tours. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and history of Banff National Park.

5.00The tour guide Aashish is very funny and accommodating. He’s knowledgeable about the places we visited. He cares about the passengers and very nice and approachable. Very patient oas well while waiting for everyone to on-board the Van. Great tour indeed!

5.00The tour guide was amazing. Funny and very personable. The sites were stunning and showcased the places needing to be viewed. The main point that I would criticize is the time slotted. 45 minutes was not enough for lunch as it does not accommodate the busy time needed just to order food. Lake Louise needs more time as it could not be seen within a desirable time period. The driver was not correct about one thing. Lake Louise is much more stunning than Moraine Lake. I would reverse the stops. 1. Bridge 2. Emerald Lake 3. Lunch could have been at Emerald Lake 4. Moraine Lake 5. Lake Louise needs an hour 6. Johnson’s Canyon. I was not interested in the hike so for me less time could have been slotted for Moraine lake and Johnson’s Canyon

5.00Matrix owner Arun was very responsive to my questions and requests. He was able to personalize the trip to our needs. Our driver “Coolwinder” was very responsible and kind. He was a great driver and made sure our elderly parents and young children were safe at all times. We saw so many beautiful places. I recommend this trip to all!

5.00Our tour guide Naveen was great, and it is SO much better than driving yourself, driving around trying to get a parking space a various spots, and trying to get a shuttle into places you can't take your car at all. Just hop on and let them do the driving!

5.00We had an amazing day trip to Banff, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide Aashish, He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire journey enjoyable from start to finish. They shared interesting facts about the area, ensured everyone was comfortable, and kept the trip well organized and on schedule. Their enthusiasm and professionalism made every stop more enjoyable, and he was always happy to answer questions and help with taking photos. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and dedication to making sure everyone had a great experience. I highly recommend this tour and especially our guide to anyone visiting Banff. 5.00Aashish was an excellent tour guide and made the entire experience both enjoyable and memorable. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and very attentive to the group, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. His explanations were clear and interesting, and he added great local insights that you wouldn’t get otherwise. You can really tell he cares about what he does and puts in the effort to give a great experience. Highly recommend booking a tour with Aashish!
