5.00I usually do not review tour companies or other activities but we had such excellent service and helpfulness from Yerani Travel that I had to do this. Our initial contact was excellent and professional. We booked a private tour for a day which was customised especially for us - actually going in two opposite directions on the same day. Our guide Hasy was excellent and so helpful with tips of what we could do with our next few days in Yerevan. She really went beyond the call of duty. The tour was unhurried. The driver and car were also excellent. We decided to book another private tour and received the same excellent booking service. The day before that tour I tripped and fell. I called Yerani to say that we did not think we could go because my ankle was very swollen and bruised and I could hardly walk. The agent was extremely sympathetic and although I offered to pay she said they would not charge under the circumstances. I did not want her to think that I was just cancelling out so on my own I sent her photos of my ankle. I felt very badly for the car and driver that had already been booked. I only found out the following day that the ankle was broken in two places and I am in a cast and wheelchair for a total of 12 weeks. When such injuries happen when you are in a foreign country, it is the kindness and understanding that you remember long after the pain and inconvenience of the injury are gone. Diana at Yerani even sent a follow-up email wishing me to get well soon. How thoughtful is that!
