3.00Pickup from airport was great, return not so much. Driver was scheduled to arrive at 210pm at hotel for transfer to airport. Around 220 when no one showed up, I tried to contact the company via viator but no response. Googled the phone number and called directly, and the person who answered claimed the driver had been waiting in lobby. After about 10 minutes we were told driver was at wrong hotel. Then we were told that they didn’t know we wanted to go to the airport and had sent a different vehicle to take us to the beach! Someone eventually showed up in a not vip vehicle and got us to the airport thankfully in time for our flight. Do not book - waste of $s!

2.00Driver was not at airport when we arrived. We were told he had just left and was coming back. Had us waiting outside for 25 to 30 mins with my family. Driver never returned and they called a different company to come pick us up. Definitely not what I was expecting from a VIP service. I am praying there is no issues at pickup from Hotel to airport!
