  My husband and I got the Munich City Pass, for our recent long weekend trip, it was well worth it we saw so many beautiful sites and it really helped us plan wha we wanted to see we really enjoyed how easy it was to use at each location!   Fanatically pass to experience all the highlights of Munich. We saw sociel more than we thought and booked the local transport ticket, which is directly digital with in the pass are TOP. Never again without a passport

  Never received the attraction's confirmations/ entry ticket. It was a pain. Wasted my day. Missed the attractions trying to find the stops and directions.

  I highly recommend using the Bavarian card that allows you to travel on all buses, metro, trains that are part of this region ... we did the one for small groups (5 people) and we saved a lot: if I'm not mistaken more than 50 € each ... highly recommended. We made it all the way to memmingen airport

  We pre bought a 4 day City Pass for our recent 5 night Munich visit. I think you need to visit a lot of sights and attractions to make it a worthwhile option. I don't think we got the best value out of it and in the end. With senior entry discounts to a lot of the museums and galleries the pass worked out more expensive than paying entry fees. There were hardly any entry queues too. We also only used public transport three times and it was cheaper to pay for airport transfer tickets at the stations that add the airport zone to the pass. With no where to validate fares and no one to check you'd paid it seemed easy to ride for free! And the BMW Museum was not on the pass so you had to pay on entry for that. Best thing we found was the pass included a free desert on purchasing a main course at the Deutsche Eiche restaurant which we had booked for dinner one evening without knowing of this offer! Also this is a mobile phone pass only so make sure you have sufficient roaming data to use.

  The Pass made sightseeing easy. We used it right from the airport and could hop on public transport and enter most attractions just by scanning the pass on our phones. It saved time and covered many must-see spots. A bit of upfront cost, but well worth it for the convenience.

  Brilliant! Someone has really given this web-based app some thought, a link from an email and voila, on your phone screen all the info you need, including which attractions (all the ones we visited) that you can just walk into, no booking needed. The web interface has buttons which you touch to show an entry QR code, and everything worked just fine at the ticket desks/entry guards. We also needed the public transport option, worked in exactly the same way - touch button, shows QR code. We reckon we got VFM from a 2-day pass, more energetic/dedicated explorers could do much better, so totally recommended

  The Munich City Pass made my trip much more comfortable. I used it from the airport on the S-Bahn and didn't have to worry about buying transportation tickets. The main attractions were included and access was very easy — just scan and enter. In some places it was necessary to go through the ticket office first to redeem the ticket, but it was quick and easy. The digital pass is very practical and the public transport included is a great plus. Just check what is included before the trip to organize well. Highly recommended for a stress-free visit to Munich.

  A very useful pass. It can be used in all public transport from the airport. We stayed four days and all the visits we made were free. It is not necessary to buy a transport ticket or to compost, just keep the QR code on hand in case of control. The only downside is the relatively expensive pass: 134 € for four days.
