1.00The incorrect documentation was sent, the museum employee had to try to find another link for us. They finally let inside. The employee told us he was not impressed with this company, they always send the wrong documents.
I did not receive the ticket and had to pay again at the box office. I am waiting for the refund of the payment made. And I hope for a refund.

5.00Lovely museum, second time for us. I like it better than Orsay. Soutine is my favorite. Quite a few of his works.

1.00I purchased these tickets from Dreamtopia Tours 2 months ago (8-12-25) and they informed me 12 hrs before my date that they were unable to obtain my tickets? I don’t understand how this happens. This was very unprofessional and profoundly impacted my vacation. They promised to refund my money and send me complimentary tickets for a Seine river cruise but those have yet to be delivered as well.

4.00I was not able to access my tickets through the Viator app. The ticket in my wallet didn't work. Fortunately the staff let us in and told us they've had problems with Viator. After entry the chat feature sent a link with the tickets

1.00Horrible experience with Trip Advisor. Although tickets were confirmed and paid for there was a ‘technical issue’ in the third party seller system that prevented our tickets from being issued. We only found this out the day of our visit when we arrived at the venue. No communication from Trip Advisor until we called support. Staff at the museum were very helpful and told us they have significant issues and bad experiences with Trip Advisor. BTW, we had almost this exact issue with Trip Advisor later that same day when we visited the Louvre.
