How to find us: Upon debarkation, please take one of the free shuttle services from your cruise ship to the meeting point. The ride should take about ten minutes. Your coach will be in the car park at Largo della Pace, just opposite of the fire brigades station. Your assistant from Civitatours will be waiting for you. Please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes before the departure time. Useless tour operator

1.00Booking with Viator was very good but the actual tour operator was hopeless . Given a sticker, got on the coach, passengers with earphones went on a tour, the rest got off the driver said we should of joined the tour with no earphones five hours in Rome on your own. The coach was like something you went to Butlins in fourty years ago

1.00We booked the tour in German - upon arrival, we were promised an English guide. So far, everything is good. During the transfer to Rome, they wanted to charge us €10 per person to participate in the actual tour with a reception device. We declined and were practically ignored by the guide. To make matters worse, the tour was conducted in Spanish and not in English. Never again…

5.00We visited Rome with the kindest tour guide, Daniel. We booked a small group tour and were upgraded to an even smaller group due to low numbers. There were only 8 of us in the group and Daniel was a wonderful guide. He even managed to sneak us into The Vatican Square despite it being closed to the public, which was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour, it’s not too hard on the feet, as the route is relatively flat and unlike other tours we’ve taken - you actually get enough time to explore the best places! Five star service and five star knowledge. Thank you Daniel!!
Rome not a bus tour

3.00This was not a bus tour. It was a walking tour. If i wanted a wslking tour i would have taken one. We had to leave the tour and take a taxi to meet up with the tour later because we could not continue to walk at the pace with the group.

5.0010/10! We had an amazing experience with Civitatours In Civitavecchia. We got off our ship and had a tour with MYLOVEITALY and they canceled 4 minutes before pickup….....! We then saw a lady and she said "can we help" she ordered us a private van that took us to the hot springs and drove us around all day. The driver Marco was the absolute BEST! 100% recommend this group. Well priced.

1.00It’s not a visit but a race against time I advise you not to hop we see the monument a photo and we leave quickly to the other monument. 30 minutes to eat at 3pm just before leaving there were with us children and old people the poor it could not take more I am reyrzojvzr with blisters on my feet I don't even talk to you ha yes guide them not a word in French if you want to understand you had to add 15€ per person to have the earphones a big joke

2.00Our bus trip with accompanying in French was cancelled in the morning because no French guide. We were offered a tour by car, the driver made us wait 1h30 so that he could fill his car!!! we were charged 20 euros per person extra .....which made us an exit at 70 euros!!! Explanations of the visit given by a tape recorder, with departure at 10:40 for a departure at 3pm, really a visit at the pace. We are very disappointed and ask for a discount on this release. 5.00I had a wonderful tour. It went at a good pace and gave me a little taste of all that Rome has to offer. If you are looking for an overview of the sites to see in Rome, I would recommend this tour. Our guide, Daniel, was wonderful, friendly, considerate, and generous with his time and knowledge.
