1.00Journey from airport to hotel we couldn’t fault although the driver was very quiet and didn’t make conversation at all. Complete lack of communication for our return journey which meant we had to book with another company who were great (Krakow Direct). Nobody answered the given telephone number from the day before so we could confirm pick up time. The email link provided didn’t work. We had no messages from them at all but had a phone call to say they were outside the hotel waiting for us an hour after we needed to be at the airport. Too late!

2.00Peter, our driver, started without giving us time to fasten our seatbelts. He drove up to 150 km/h on a road limited to 100 km/h. He drove very fast in the city and outside, as he had taken two rides simultaneously. The rear passenger in the middle could not find the seatbelt latch, and instead of stopping to help him... he replied that we should have booked a larger vehicle!!!
