5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AJ Was the Highlight of Our Day! While Piha Beach, the rainforest, and Mount Eden were all stunning, the real highlight of our tour was our guide, AJ. His distinctive voice, friendly personality, and wealth of local knowledge made the entire journey engaging from start to finish. AJ shared fascinating stories about the area’s history, culture, and nature, bringing each location to life in a way we would never have experienced on our own. He made everyone feel welcome, answered all our questions, and added a personal touch that turned a great sightseeing trip into a memorable experience. If you get AJ as your guide, you’re in excellent hands. His passion, professionalism, and storytelling made this one of the most enjoyable tours of our New Zealand holiday.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Piha Beach & Rainforest Tour! This was easily one of the best experiences of our New Zealand holiday. The combination of Piha Beach, the beautiful rainforest, and Mount Eden made for a perfect day exploring Auckland’s natural beauty. Piha’s black sand beach and rugged coastline were absolutely stunning, while the rainforest walk was peaceful, scenic, and full of fascinating local insights. The views from Mount Eden were the perfect finishing touch. A special thank you to AJ from HOPinCAB, who made the day truly memorable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and never rushed us, allowing plenty of time to enjoy each location. The vehicle was comfortable, spotless, and the entire experience felt personal rather than like a typical tour. If you’re visiting Auckland and want to experience spectacular scenery, local knowledge, and genuine Kiwi hospitality, this tour is a must-do. Highly recommended

5.00What a great personal tour with Rahul, we had a perfect trip, started going up Mount Eden, easy loop walk around an extinct volcano (from above, amazing) as an added bonus you get great views over the city and so much more. Next was the Arataki visitor center/Waitakere ranges (great views and interesting center) We then drove to the Mercer bay loop, this was a challenging walk down with some amazing views at the end (Thankfully Rahul knows a easier way to return, yes hilly, but doable) This walk was well worth the effort. Next was a lunch stop at Piha beach, we had brought food so we sat and enjoyed the views, then when finished walked up and down the beach, very beautiful. Finally we chose Kitekite waterfalls, this was an amazing walk with a great waterfall at the end, it did have some ups, however easier than the early walk, so we were well prepared. This was a great trip, made even better by our driver/guide Rahul, he was with us all the way, it was very personal and he is a great guy to spend time with. Highly recommend this trip if you like to see things, be active and like the personal travel, No big groups.

5.00The views are incredible! Take the tour, you won’t regret it. Mercer Bay Loop and Kitekite Falls were my favorites but it was all amazing.

5.00This half day excursion was excellent. We had relied upon previous reviews and they were accurate: Rahul was a pleasure from start to finish. He was accommodating and allowed us to adjust certain parts of the tour to our particular needs. Lots of interesting information. Amazing scenery. Absolutely stunning. We would not have been able to experience this part of Auckland in a half day without this. We highly recommend.

5.00We were looking for something to see some of Auckland and this fit the bill. This tour offered incredible views of Piha beach off the lookout points on the cliffs. Our tour guide AJ was very knowledgeable and patient and made sure we were having a good time. Overall this was a very good day hitting lots of highlights.
