  Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. The guide was extremely friendly, professional and always very helpful, demonstrating a huge knowledge and passion for what he does. He was constantly attentive to the group, explained everything clearly and interestingly and was always available to help and clarify any doubts. Communication was excellent before and during the activity, which left us very comfortable and confident. Thanks to him, the experience became even more special, safe and memorable. I highly recommend to those looking for a well-organized activity, with a attentive, dedicated and truly concerned guide to provide a unique and unforgettable experience.

  

  

• The route to Serra da Estrela is beautiful but one should drive with caution, very narrow road.

  A very different place than we saw in the pictures. Place in decadence without option for meal only snacks with the traditional sheep cheese. What saved the trip to it was the landscape.

  Tour of Portugal, starting from Lisbon, climbing by coast, Fatima, Nazare, Aveiro, Porto, Braga, by rental car, 2334 kms, coming from Guimaraes, passing by River Douro, Trancoso, with good roads, spectacular view...no snow in Covilha, on site, but quite cold...   We booked this tour at the last minute and we had a great time! We were the only ones so that was a bit special! Alex led us to a variety of places and related a lot about the area and its history. The scenery is spectacular and gives a different feeling of Portugal. The cheese and liquor tasting was fun and we had a taste of some uniquely local beverages. Alex was very informative, engaging and spoke excellent English.

  Great guides sharing stories, stunning views and knowledge of the Serra da Estrela. We had a wonderful experience and saw all fascinating highlights of the area and had it all explained. We both had time with the guides - and some time to explore the top of Serra Da Estrela on our own.

  The park and the sights were amazing, they are worth the detour by Covilha! Delicious tasting of local cheeses, liquors and meat. Our guide Alex also explained the history of the region which was very interesting and completed the tour

  Impressive place, very high, a lot of curve to get to the top, but there are natural pools, among the mountains, and rocks, which are stunning. Always bring a blouse, la venta absurdly, there are ski pistes, for whoever is in the winter.
