Your tour will begin at the foot of Montmorency Falls, where I will tell you its fascinating story. We will then drive up to the top of the waterfall to discover the Wolfe Redoubt and its historical significance. Finally, we will cross the suspension bridge over the waterfall, before making a detour to Manoir Montmorency.

Discover the majestic Montmorency Falls Park, one of the most impressive natural sites in the Quebec City region. The tour begins at the foot of the waterfall, where you’ll feel the full power of the 83-metre plunge — 30 metres higher than Niagara Falls. From this unique perspective, you can admire the immensity of the basin and take spectacular photos as close as possible to the waterfall. We will then go to the top of the waterfall. From above, the panoramic view of the St. Lawrence River, Île d’Orléans and the surrounding area is simply magnificent. You’ll have the opportunity to cross the suspension bridge directly over the waterfall — an impressive and memorable experience. The tour also includes a stop near the Manoir Montmorency and the historic fortifications of the site, witnesses to a rich military past.

Discover the authentic charm of Île d’Orléans on an unforgettable gourmet tour. Located a few minutes from Quebec City, Île d’Orléans is a true heritage jewel known for its bucolic landscapes, fertile land and craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation. Your visit will take you to the vineyards of the island, where you will taste local wines made with passion. 5.00Yves was an excellent tour guide! He was knowledgeable, funny, and was willing to "move fast" so we could see more during our three hours. He took photos of our family throughout the tour and sent them to us shortly after the tour ended. The falls and island were amazing to visit, and Yves was a great host.

5.00Yves was a great guide and is passionate about his city. He picked us up from our hotel and brought us to the falls where he gave us the history and the best vantage points. We then went to Ile d’Orleans and visited local producers. It was a fantastic day trip.

5.00Eve was a great guide and very personable. He texted the day before the excursion to confirm the time and pick up location and he arrive before the scheduled time. He was a fun and interesting guide. He even texted us lots of photos of our excursion. His English was very good. I highly recommend this excursion.

Yves knew the best spots to take photos around the falls and the perfect places to stop at on the I’sle de Orleans.
