5.00My husband and I requested a transfer from the airport at Marseilles to the town of Aix. Our international flights were delayed twice with our arrival time changing 3 times. This did not affect the promptness of our driver. I texted our driver with a new ETA each time. Our driver was waiting for us when we finally arrived in Marseilles. The Viator app was easy to use. Our driver was very friendly and very efficient. We will use Viator again!

5.00We had an excellent experience with our transfer between the Marseilles airport and hotel in Aix-en-Provence. We communicated easily with the driver prior to our arrival and he was prompt, courteous and helpful. The van was very comfortable and I thought the service was fairly priced.

5.00Our experience was perfect from start to finish. The company communicated with us prior to our pick up date. Then the day before our scheduled pick up the sent us our drivers information. When we landed at Marseille airport, we had received a text from our driver that he was there already and waiting for us. He met us as exited from the baggage claim area and took our bags to the car. The ride to our hotel was great. Driver was very friendly.
