Lovely way to see villages in Provence

5.00This tour was a good way of getting to see some of the surrounding areas of Provence outside of Nice, and getting to visit Grasse and the picturesque medieval villages in the mountains. The villages were extremely quaint with lots of local artisans selling beautiful artwork and souvenirs. I would not recommend this tour if you get easily carsick- there are a lot of narrow winding roads and stop-and-start traffic.
Disappointing lunch break

4.00Everything was very good, except for the lunch. We are taken to a waterfall where there is not much to do, and we are seated for the meal on some random terrace, without even being able to see the waterfall (they took the trouble to hide it behind a screen in order to charge tourists). A tourist trap that must thrive thanks to the guided tours that bring in customers, and the organizers must also benefit from it. The service is endless; we waste precious time that we could have spent elsewhere. A break that we would unanimously have done without.
Casual, Comfortable 1-day Tour of Provence Countryside

5.00We were picked up at our hotel in a small, comfortable, 7-pax van by our knowledgeable, pleasant driver, Giorgi (George). He took us to small, quaint villages where we had plenty of time in each to wander, explore and check out the shops. One of the towns, Grasse, was highlighted with floating pink umbrellas hanging from the tops of the old buildings through narrow cobblestone streets. Beautiful! Two of the other villages we especially loved were St. Paul and Gourdon for their winding narrow streets, sidewalk cafes and beautiful views of the countryside. For a day trip through this area, we highly recommend this tour.
Best way to explore these mountain towns without any hassle!

5.00Exactly the kind of tour for people who don’t love tours, but also appreciate convenience! Marion was the perfect balance of informative, helpful, but then also gave us all space to spread out and explore the towns on our own.
Enjoy the countryside while in Nice. So much more to enjoy.

5.00Bruno was a real joy - he had a great personality and a lot of knowledge. The towns we visited were great BUT the day was too long and by the 4th town we were “done”

4.00Places we visited were fantastic and magical. Tour guide picked us up 15 minutes before scheduled which was problematic. The advertisement for the trip showed pictures of the lavender fields. We did not go anywhere near there. I was told that was another trip.
The villas visited in particular the church of Grasse and the village of Gordon are impressive. Impressive without a doubt
