5.00My experience of massage and Reiki with Filipe was excellent. It was most relaxing and he has great knowledge of releasing trigger points, breathing techniques and deep tissue massage. Overall an fantastic treatment. I would highly recommend him and will continue to have regular treatments. The treatment has assisted with better sleeping and an overall feeling of well being.

He managed to unlock my left back and shoulder plate — something I’ve tried to treat with different types of massages and therapies, but without the same result.
