A unique combined tour with a personalized approach for each client. A comfortable minivan with an experienced English-speaking driver will pick you up from a pre-arranged address. You will reach the main attraction efficiently and begin your tour without waiting in line. After approximately 2.5 hours of sightseeing, the driver will safely take you back to the pick-up location or another place of your choice.

The tour is guided live in the language of your choice, with a group of approximately 30 people. Headphones are available for the visitors.

Wieliczka Salt Mine

During a visit to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, travelers can see many fascinating sites and attractions, including: -Salt Chambers: Monumental spaces carved out of salt, adorned with beautiful decorations and sculptures. -St. Kinga’s Chapel: The most famous chamber in the mine, decorated with salt sculptures and chandeliers made of salt crystals. -Underground Lakes: Picturesque water reservoirs located deep underground. -Salt Sculptures: Figures depicting historical characters, saints, and scenes from the mine’s history. -Underground Corridors: Long, narrow passages connecting the various chambers of the mine. -Unique Microclimate: The therapeutic properties of the mine’s air, which are used for inhalation therapy. The tour is guided, with explanations about the mine’s history, legends, and interesting facts related to this extraordinary place. During the tour, visitors will descend approximately 800 steps. The temperature in the mine is approximately 16-18°C (61-64°F).

Great service we were picked up on time by a very friendly and knowledgeable Tomas. Everything ran like clockwork. Make sure to wear trainers or shoes with a grip as some of the floors were uneven

It was quite rushed, barely time to really take in the experience. Towards the end. The guide didn't explain well enough where to wait for the Museum tour (included). I missed it because the waiting area was in an entire different place.
Great tour. Great transfers company for all travel needs around Krakow.

The Salt Mines are definitely worth a vist. Absolutely stunning. Having Tomas as our driver made the travelling so easy. He picked our group up from multiple hotels, and dropped us at the airport after our tour, keeping hold of our luggage while we were in. Very friendly driver and bizarrely used to stay 5 minutes from our house! Small world. Also used My Krakow Driver for our initial airport to Krakow transfers & again dropped out group at 3 different hotels. Price very reasonable. Good communication and very reliable. Whst more can you ask for?

The mines are beautiful and our guide very nice and at the same time prepared and a maximum professionalism. Wonderful Viator organization, you book and don't think about anything anymore, they do everything and you guide step by step. Very good.

An interesting and unique experience. It does involve an LOT of stairs and walking. Our driver was friendly and full of information about the visit and Krakow history.

Very pleasant driver. Good communication . GreatEnglish speaking guide. Lots of descending steps but really worth it! Beautiful carved salt sculptures. Really tight Elevator to ascend but was very fast ascent. Pick up and drop to hotel or town square.
