Sintra & Cascais Half-Day Tour This is a summarized version of the full-day experience. In a 4-hour tour, it's not possible to visit the interior of palaces or monuments. All visits are panoramic, with monuments seen from the outside. For any customizations or changes, feel free to contact us.
Before visiting each site and each monument. Your private guide will talk and explain all the history, architecture and culture of each location. This tour does not include guided tours inside the monuments.
ABOUT PENA PALACE: If you choose to visit Pena Palace. Tickets are limited and prior booking is required. To visit the Pena Palace, this tour must be booked 8 days before the tour date. If you choose to visit Quinta da Regaleira Palace we will inform you about the website to buy the tickets. And entry doesn't require an appointment. We will send you a message informing you of the links to purchase Tickets. If you have booked the tour less than 8 days in advance. There is a risk of not visiting the Pena Palace due to the tickets running out at the appointment time 9:30am. We do not make visits at other times after the first entry because they involve high losses in waiting time. Long waiting lines. Sintra has much more to visit. And the first entry is the only one that is acceptable to have a good experience.

5.00This tour was amazing mostly due to our tour guide Cesar. His knowledge of the history of Lisbon, Sintra was amazing. He is a great driver and knows his way around perfectly. Also, Very nice car. He made this tour very interesting and enjoyable.

2.00For this price, I would expect more information and history. This I Was more of a private driver hired to take you around. The tours inside the different cities are not included. You are left to figure things out on your own. Better if I did a group tour

5.00There are not words to express our happiness, and gratitude for the most amazing day that Cesar gave to us. He arrived promptly, with a beautiful, immaculate car and as we drove to Sintra he explained the history of Portugal to us. We arrived in Sintra before the crowds, and he sent us off with recommendations and tips to make our time as perfect as possible. We continued on, and as we did we truly felt that we gained a friend that day. Cesar is someone who we would gladly open our home to anytime, he has so genuine, and so passionate about his home, his work, and ensuring that we had the best experience possible. Our time in Cascais was so wonderful, that we returned the next day. Cesar also took the time to send us an extensive list of his personal recommendations for restaurants and other sites to visit, which was such a nice personal touch. I highly, highly recommend, and urge you to book this private day tour, as it was certainly a highlight of our two week trip. We could not stop talking about what a wonderful, and memorable time Cesar provided us, and we cannot thank him enough!

5.00We had an amazing day with CesaR! He was always punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable and informative of the country and tour sites. He effortlessly had our tour planned whereas we were at least 15 to 30 minutes ahead of the crowds and gained access to the sites with the least amount of walking. He is truly an amazing tour guide! Additionally, he added a stop at the end of our day, and made a few inquires on our behalf without concern. Thank you CesaR for a wonderful day. We hope to return to Lisbon one day, and we will definitely reach out!
