Then, one of the reasons everyone comes to Rome, a visit to the Sistine Chapel. In the tranquil atmosphere of the evening, away from the daytime crowds, you have a full 15 minutes in the chapel to gaze upon Michelangelo’s iconic ceiling fresco, The Creation of Adam, and also The Last Judgement that adorns one of the chapel’s walls. (As talking is not allowed in the chapel your guide will tell you all about the wonderful frescoes before you enter.)

5.00Raffa was our guide through The Tour Guy. She is a native Roman and very knowledgeable and personable and INTERESTING!! She had many anecdotal facts which were fascinating! She kept a good pace so we could see everything in 3 hours and even took pictures of everyone in the group at the Flavian Amphitheater
