Polite guy, but beyond that, there’s not much else positive to share. Blame should be placed on Viator and the local company they contracted with. The day before, we received a text that our food tour would need to be canceled. Not a problem, I appreciate the heads up and life happens. They asked if we wanted to reschedule to a walking tour only and they would refund food portion. The guy that showed up normally gives tours for French speaking groups and his English was barely that of a beginner. He kept apologizing for his poor English. What little he shared wasn’t comprehendible. Audio support like a whisper wasn’t provided and he didn’t seem to know where he was going or why! We had tremendous tours in Milan and Venice respectively via Viator. But this was about as disappointing of an experience as they come! I plan on seeking a full refund for the time and money wasted.

This is an awesome tour where you get a lot of knowledge about Verona form excellent tour guides, mixed in with tastes of local flavors.
