The experience includes a walk through the vineyard, guided by the owner, Giovanna Tantini, to learn about the Winery’s philosophy; followed by the tasting of the 6 wines that best exemplify the evolution of the company and all the relative passages and enhancements made over the years. One will understand the various stages of growth that have characterized these wines over time.

Leading off the tasting is Custoza, a crisp white wine typical of the area with a high percentage of Garganega grapes, followed by Chiaretto, the DOC rosé typical of Lake Garda made with Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties, identified by their crispness and longevity. The next wine, Bardolino, a light to medium bodied red from Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties. The expression of the Corporate Identity. You will then taste their signature wine, DOC Garda Corvina, made solely with Corvina variety grapes. To conclude the tasting will be two wines dedicated to the winemaker’s children: Ettore, 80% Corvina cut with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged in wood for 18 months, and Greta, 100% Corvina in which the grapes are dried in the vineyard, a distinct and difficult process that characterizes its strong identity; the wine ages for 24 months in wood.

5.00Felt very privileged to have Giovanna's time and attention during the seasonal harvest. It was amazing to wonder the vineyard with her and hear about the various grapes and wines. This is much more than a wine tasting but we enjoyed the wines very much too and were pleased to get a better understanding of the regional varietals and blends. Giovanna's husband also has a vineyard and winery in the area - unfortunately we didn't have time to go but would absolutely go next time we're in the Lake Garda region.

5.00It was such a great experience. It was our (my partners & mine) first wine tasting and it was so special. Giovanna was very nice and showed us her vineyard. After that we had a tasting with a sommelier of 6 wines. We learned so much and loved every wine! You have to try this!

5.00Beautiful experience. The walk in the vineyards following the producer Giovanna made us discover many secrets of how to produce a wine. Excellent wines, especially the CHIARETTO DI BARDOLINO DOC and abundant cutting boards offered. We will return.
