Palace of Culture and Science

Rising 237 meters above the city, this "Stalinist rocket" is Warsaw’s most iconic and controversial landmark. A "gift" from the Soviet Union in 1955, it’s a mix of Social Realism and Polish Historicism. Today, it’s a vibrant cultural hub housing theaters, cinemas, and museums. Saxon Gardens

Opened to the public in 1727, this is one of the oldest public parks in the world. It’s a Baroque masterpiece modeled after Versailles. As you cycle through its leafy alleys, you'll pass the grand 19th-century sundial and a magnificent fountain. It’s a peaceful green lung in the heart of the modern center, offering a perfect paved path for cyclists.
