  The night tour was a bit disappointing. We booked it thinking we would see sunset instead it was at 6:00pm we were rushed to take the bus. We appreciated the staff at one point helping get us to the bus rather than us waiting for another 20 min.

  This experience can only be started from the bus depot on Jefferson street. I tried to start from a different stop and it didn’t work. The people at the start point were very helpful though. The recording for the bus is different on different days, so we got some different insights into the history of San Fran. The sunset tour was great, suggest getting there about 6pm as the line builds quickly. The recording for this is also different to the day time tours as well. We did have one problem where the buses weren’t appearing on the app so we couldn’t see when the next one was arriving. We ended up having to get a Waymo back to our hotel rather than wait what looked to be an hour. Some of the bus stops weren’t clearly identified and so it was difficult to find. We really enjoyed the information and history from the tour as well as getting to see the town. Highly recommend.

  The experience was a good as it could be. Employees were friendly and helpful. The location to purchase tickets/stop number one was conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf and restaurants. We really enjoyed the night tour. We purchased the two day tour with bonus night tour and were only in town for the two days. This is best for folks who have at least a few days to explore, sometimes traffic meant you didn't get from one area to another for about 30 minutes, especially from the Golden Gate Bridge back into the main areas.

  I had a great time during this bus tour! It was my first time visiting San Francisco and this hit most of the popular places and it also saves money on transportation getting around the city. I would recommend to do the entire loop once then pick the places you’d want to get off. Out of the drivers I had, Danny who did the last tour of the “day” tour was the best. He was very helpful and informative regarding locations and what to do. Overall, super friendly and he actually would take the time to slow down in locations that the audio was mentioning so you can see the referenced places. Really enjoyed this trip!

  We enjoyed all the knowledge that was shared with us while on the tour! We didn’t really know what was at each stop to get off and see so that could be better explained! Also, the Chinatown tour was not explained or tell me where to meet. The overall experience was great!!

  My tour through San Francisco was wonderful. I was able to see so much more than I would have been able to had I just been on foot. I also loved the tidbits of information that I got from the recorded part of the tour.

  Overcrowded, the air conditioning did not work. (And they knew that) No accommodation for hearing impaired. Recorded message largely about where movies were made, little history. On and offs were difficult due to lack of seats and uncertain times. Wasted money.

  Trip Advisor advertises that this is a two day tour including the night tour on one of the days but the night tour was NOT included. This is a lie! I booked this specific tour for this specific reason and was very disappointed!

  What a great way to get around and see the city. We had a two day pass and a night tour. Raphael the night driver was particularly great - it was well worth doing that tour as we got some great sunset pics from Treasure Island. Really well organised and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

  We had the San Francisco 2 day big bus hop on hop off tour package with walking tour of Chinatown and USS Pampanita tour. Bianca was an awesome tour guide in Chinatown and other neighborhoods and we learned a lot of San Francisco history. The submarine tour was a self guided tour and was very interesting and cool to see the inside of the sub. We also loved driving over the Golden Gate and seeing the Bay and San Francisco views! Great experience!
