On the last day return to Edinburgh with a stop at Loch Ness to look for its legendary monster, "Nessie".

Departure from inside the Edinburgh Bus Station, Gate J and Gate K, St Andrew Square, Edinburgh, EH1 3DQ.
Luggage Allowance: You're restricted to 20kg (44lbs) of luggage per person. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag (approximately 55cm x 45cm x 25cm / 22in x 17in x 10in) plus one small bag for onboard personal items.
Eilean Donan Castle - We reserve tickets for you. If you want to visit this attraction, please purchase your ticket whilst on tour.
B&Bs tend to be located on the outskirts of towns and you should be prepared for a 20-30 minute walk to local facilities like pubs and restaurants. If you have difficulty with stairs, please mention it to us as lifts will not be available in this type of property.
In order to retain the integrity of the tour and try to ensure that all our customers have the best possible experience, we do cap bookings from any one party to 8 passengers.

Today is a flexible day on Skye; and your driver-guide ensures you take a unique route that suits the weather, the local events, and your group's interests. You can travel north to the Trotternish Ridge and beyond. Here you find the geological wonders like Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, and the stunning mountain pass of the Quiraing. Or your guide may take you back in time and teach you about the legends and clan culture surrounding the 13th-century home of the Clan MacLeod, Dunvegan Castle. You return from to Portree in the evening.

Great photo stop at this iconic rock formation. This sharp pinnacle of rock bursts out the land and can be seen for miles around.

Picturesque observation point offering panoramic views of waterfalls, cliffs & sea.
Dunvegan Castle & Gardens
Or your guide may take you back in time and teach you about the legends and clan culture surrounding the 13th-century home of the Clan MacLeod, Dunvegan Castle.

Fort Augustus
We stop for lunch in Fort Augustus, giving you the freedom to decide how to spend your time. You can stroll along the Caledonian Canal and watch the boats navigate its locks, enjoy Scottish specialties in one of the cozy cafés or restaurants, or wander to the banks of the legendary loch in hopes of catching a glimpse of the elusive monster.
Pitlochry
We stop for refreshments in one of the Perthshire villages before heading past Perth, over the Firth of Forth, and back to Edinburgh.

3.00This tour is ruggedly scenic and Portree was beautiful. We enjoyed our accommodations and local sights. However, the distance is too far for a three day trip with very short breaks. Additionally, there wasn’t anything included in the package so each stop presented cues and additional costs. So while the driver was knowledgeable, overall it was just a mediocre trip. Finally, we inadvertently booked this trip through Viator rather than the tour company directly. While on the trip Viator sent out advertising the trip for a cheaper rate than we had paid months in advance. When I brought this issue to Viator’s attention, they were politely dismissive. Book directly with the tour company.

5.00We had the BEST time! Our driver Shay really brought the past to life with her stories. She knew all of the best places for us to see and photograph the beautiful landscape and historical sites. Not sure if it was fairy magic or just that she was so good at her job but we arrived ahead of crowds and the rain would magically stop for photo ops!! We loved our time in Scotland and would take a tour with Rabbies again!!

5.00The Isle of Skye is not to be missed, and it was so convenient not having to drive ourselves! We had a great experience with Rabbie’s and really enjoyed the group we were with. The views were stunning, the B&Bs were comfortable, and the Rabbie’s team was very communicative throughout. Our guide Graeme especially went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. He was flexible with what we saw and did, shared so much interesting knowledge along the way, and brought a wonderful energy to the whole experience. Would recommend it to anyone!

5.00This trip was such a great experience. I'll start by giving our guide Graem an applaud on his knowledge of Scotland, and the history of this amazing country. We were delighted to spend our time with a lovely group of others for this trip. We captured some of the most amazing sights, and enjoyed all of the history we we're able to learn about.

5.00Our trip with Chaz was the best part of our vacation. The Isle of Skye was truly breathtaking. We saw the most incredible sights, and the whole group was lovely. Chaz was incredibly knowledgeable, told a great story, was an excellent driver, and funny to boot. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

5.00Be prepared for a drive through stunning Scottish scenery with an experienced, knowledgeable driver. The roads may be bumpy or curvy and long, but our driver, Dave R. was able to handle any driving situation with skill and lots of humor and consideration. We learned many things about the areas traveled and saw some sights that were most unique and well explained to us.

5.00Expect limited time at stops - as is noted in agenda so may not be able spend as much time as you would like. There was some confusion about reservations for meals in Portree as B&B host told us they don’t take reservations which I think is true for some but not all places. Stewart was great!
