Where the whitewater and scenery collide to make an ultimate rafting experience just outside Denali, Alaska. Enjoy 11 miles of rapids on the Nenana River. This trip is more adventurous, but yet for everyone to enjoy. With the option to join the team as a paddle rafter or play it cool & be an Oar Boat Rider. For ages 12+ years old and above. Now, let's go run the waves of razorback, royal flush and coffee grinder! Prepare for Your Trip. - Warm layers - A thin glove layered by a pair of dish gloves - Warm socks could be a wool pair of socks or an extra thick pair of winter socks Please contact New Wave Adventures prior to your trip to ensure: - Pickup time - Important trip updates - Access to your waivers High-water / Wind Policy (Canyon Wave Only) If New Wave cancels a Canyon Wave trip due to high water, wind or other safety reasons you will automatically be rebooked to the Wilderness Wave at the same time slot. If you have booked through a third party call us before your trip, for access to waivers, confirm pick up, and get any important trip updates.

5.00The whitewater tour was great fun! Our guide, Atticus, made sure all enjoyed the rafting. The rapids were exhilarating and he sought out the best waves. We loved his narration along the way.

5.00Terra and the rest of the New Wave team did a great job getting us thru this rafting trip on class 3/4 rapids. My brother-in-law joked that the photos they took were photoshopped but no, they were real. Exciting ride and Terra got us down all safe and sound!

5.00This was a class 3-4 run and it was so exciting. Our guide Terra was knowledgeable about the river and the history of the area. Highly recommend! I am 70+ and I choose not to paddle this time and that was fine. I loved the adrenaline rush😆 And the bus driver, Debbie, was an absolute hoot, we were all laughing the entire time!

5.00Fantastic, pick up transport on time. Equipment was great. Our tour guide Spicey Bryce was brilliant heaps of information about the environment and the Denali Mountains. Felt very safe with his instructions. Thanks for a memorable tour.

5.00Excellent. Amazing tip and experience. The entire trip flew by. We had a fantastic guide (J- Money or Mr. Money based on a recent promotion?). We saw moose, Dall sheep, and eagles during our trip. Highly recommend new wave adventure rafting!!

5.00Tremendous. Awesome. So damn cool. Beau, our guide, happened to graduate from the same high school as our kids in Florida. That was wild. And he was one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Fun. Friendly. Helpful. A great day. Cold, but great. Highly recommend.
