Explore Colorado's Bighorn Sheep Canyon with this half-day river experience. Spend three hours rafting along the Arkansas River, an ideal excursion for first-time rafters and families with kids. Bighorn Sheep Canyon provides beautiful vistas set in a diverse desert ecology, with a variety of Class II and II whitewater rapids. Prepare to have fun and get soaked. There will be an opportunity to stop and swim along the way.

You will be rafting Class III (beginner to intermediate rapids) on the Arkansas River in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! We run paddle rafts by default, which provide a more participatory experience for our guests. Oar boats or Oar assist can be requested in advance.

This experience was fantastic. Our youngest was 9 and sge was nervous at first but ended up loving it. Our guide Steven O'Neil was amazing. Very informative, made everyone comfortable, and made it fun! Highly recommend and we all want to do it again!

first time to go with Lost Paddle and had a great time. Went with friends that this is their 5 trip with this company. Awesome people and service, Andrew, our guide, was extremely fabulous. Made the trip! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and just a fun guide. Would definitely recommend Lost Paddle Rafting to all ages and groups.

We had the perfect trip! Our guide Andrew was excellent- took care of us and was very friendly. We have been using Lost Paddle for over a decade and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Coming from Honolulu, HI, we had no experience. .ost of my lady friends were scared, but our guides (Lawrence & Steve) reassured us we were in good hands. We began with a simple lesson on how to paddle and instructions to follow. We fulfilled/checked off a bucket list item that could not be accomplished in Hawaii. Mahalo to the staff who were professional, courteous and accommodating.

Our family had a group of eight and split between two boats. This was a beginner rafting run for half our group and the two guides accommodated our needs and needs. Andrew and Lawrence were the best.

We had a fairly large group. Our rafting guides were very knowledgeable and fun! They always had our safety in mind, which make our experience very fun and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to book this rafting adventure again! Our group gave it a 10/10!

Our guide Stephen was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable on how to keep us safe while having a lot of fun. We were able to ask him questions about the local flora and fauna, which he was also very knowledgeable on. It is locally owned by an amazing, hardworking family with amazing guides. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It is definitely worth the value, if not more.
