  We never actually got to take this tour for various reasons: a) ticket didn't say who the tour operator was or where the meeting point was. This is very important because there are 15+ tour operator booths / docking points along the port, b) my husband and I spent our entire evening trying to find out where our boat would depart from, and nobody from Bura returned our email or text requests for this info (until much later at night when we were in bed). Before then, we'd already given up and booked with another tour company, c) when we found a tour operator who knew who we'd booked with, he said that he knew the owner and she'd told him earlier that all of their tours were cancelled for the next few days (although we were never informed of this). When we saw the Bura email the next day, it said the tour we booked was no longer available and offered us one that we didn't want. I declined and requested a refund (which I still haven't received).

  This was the worst tour ever. The first boat that we got on did not have any coffee or water as promised as we were told that this was a second Di Porte because the first boat was not working properly The boat was 20 minutes late picking us up from Trogir. The weather started to get bad as we got towards the blue lagoon so we went even further out where it was lightning and the boat stopped and we swim there. The spaghetti was the worst food ever. As we got close to the shipwreck area, we were advised that we would not be stopping due to the weather. At that point it was not raining or lightning All in all it was a very bad experience and would not recommend.

• No one at the meeting point. Officially cancelled and refunded only after being called with a local phone number.

  Unfortunately we were waiting at the meeting point and nobody came to inform us that the trip was cancelled due to the weather forecast. When we tried to call more than once from German mobile number nobody picked up the phone, only when we asked the lady at the neighboring meeting point to help us and she called with here local mobile number they picked up immediately and said that the trip was cancelled. Only after that call we received the message that it was cancelled and the refund, for which (refund) at least I give them one more star. I don't have any problem with the cancellation itself, but what I am totally unhappy with, is the fact that nobody was at the meeting point to inform their customers. And that they didn't pick up the phone when called by foreign phone numbers is not acceptable. Especially as they are a company working with tourists who don't always have local numbers (within the EU we don't have high roaming fees anymore).

  We arrived at the meeting point and were told our trip was cancelled and we would be refunded our money. We were then sold another trip for the day, which we paid for on the spot. Our money for the first trip (the one I am now reviewing) has still not been refunded.

  Total 15 people The meal was ok. Blue lagoon, not much to see. Ship wreck was good, the kids liked it. Plus was the water slide. Over all, too much time for transport. The crew was not helpful. The information changed from time to time.

  Great crew, great drinks and even better food. U get a snack in the morning and a proper lunch with unlimited drinks throught the sightseeing, after lunch you can buy food. For the dinner i would reccomend a hamburger that comes with fries and sauce. The whole trip is dog friendly and as drinks are unlimited so is the drink for the dog 😂

  We had a great day by the sea. The crew was friendly and helpful and they served really nice food. Very well organized, would recommend!

  We took the tour on our last day in Split to explore nearby islands. We got coffe and small crossaint on our way from Split to Trogir. It was nice ride and staff let us sunbathing on the front part of the ship. Trogir is beautiful city and in my opinion maybe it would be good to have some more time there. On our way from Trogir to Blue Lagoon we had lunch onboard - which was very good and tasty. Stop in the Blue Lagoon was for swimming as it was in Nečujam bay where we were snorkeling around sunken ship. They provided us with snorkeling gear but if you have your own I would suggest to bring it onboard. We got liquorice and watermelon during the voyage from place to place. Overall very nice trip and great way to spent one day if you are in Split.

  Beautiful sightseeing of Adriatic coast. Would go again 10/10. Food was amazing and we loved how organised and nice the crew was. The comunication was excelent. Value for money 10/10.
