Ranisar Padamsar Lakes
The development of the two lakes was commissioned by two different queens in the 15th century. Ranisar lake was made on the orders of queen Jasmade Hadi, wife of Rao Jodha, the founder of jodhpur. Padamsar lake was created by queen Padmini, the daughter of Rana sanga of Mewar.
Nine different security check points where all documentation done by royal family. Legend has it that Brahmins, the priestly class, began painting their houses blue as a means of distinction and to signify their social status.

5.00The tour was amazing. We saw many beautiful places, ate spicy foods and definitely enjoy our guide who was very knowledgeable, down to earth, with a great sense of humor. His English is excellent. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00The city was amazing. We took lots of pictures, ate great local spicy food, and of course enjoyed the tour with this amazing guide! Vik is personable, down to earth, humorous, and extremely easy to be around. His English is excellent. Highly recommend 👍
