We head east through the farmlands of the Joaquin Valley to Yosemite National Park. This 1,200 square mile wonderland of forests, lakes and waterfalls is located in the Sierra Nevada. Stop at El Capitan, Bridal-Veil Falls, and Half Dome.

Today’s route is east through the desert and Death Valley to arrive at the gambling capital of the world: Las Vegas. We stop for lunch at the outlet mall in Barstow, which is filled with all the famous brand names like, Levi’s, Nike, Reebok, Timberland, Ralph Lauren and more.
The Las Vegas Strip
In the evening we take a tour of the strip to see some of the truly amazing hotels and fantasies that are built in the middle of the desert, such as Caesar’s Palace, Luxor, Mirage, Paris, Venetian, Bellagio, New York New York, Treasure Island and more. Finish off the evening at one of the many shows or try your hand at one of the many casinos’, who knows maybe lady luck will be smiling on you tonight.

Grand Canyon National Park
We start the day traveling South East through the desert and the through the Navajo Indian reservation before we come to the South Bank of “One of the 7 wonders of the world” the Grand Canyon. Tour along the south bank and learn how throughout the years the Colorado River carved its way down to the sea and created the wonderland for geologists. After lunch we continue along the canyon east stopping at some of the many Indian market places to browse the handmade arts and crafts.

An unusual stone tower designed by Mary Colter, in the style of Ancestral Puebloan towers. Spot the Colorado River turning north and the Painted Desert extending towards Navajo and Hopi Indian lands.

Antelope Canyon
We start the day where “The water runs through the rocks” as per the local Navajo folklore. We tour the lower Antelope Canyon and visit the spectacular dunes created by the wind, water and sand; words are not enough to describe these formations created by Mother Nature. After our tour we depart this amazing area and head west to Bryce Canyon home to the most amazing natural sculptures of the world.
Bryce Canyon National Park
Our tour will take us to see amazing rock and sand sculptures honed to perfection over thousands of years of rain wind and sunshine. Experience the unique changing of the colors during the sunset from one of the vista points in the park (may change due to changing sunset times). After the visit we head towards the town of Kanab. On certain departures tour will continue to Cedar City.

Zion National Park
This park got its name from the Mormon’s the settled in the area. They gave it this name after claiming that visiting the park is like a religious experience, the majesty of the mountains and silence of the wilderness make you feel like you have been transported to another place. Tour the park and enjoy a short walking trail along the Virgin River that runs through the park, before leaving this amazing area for an early evening arrival in Las Vegas, option for a late night return to Los Angeles.

5.00Extraordinary tour that allowed us to see the emblematic places of the American West (Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon...) with a guide speaking French. Many thanks to Jackie and Patricia, two extraordinary guides who shared the history of this part of the United States, always with good humor. Lots of buses but it is worth it because the landscapes are breathtaking. Thanks also to Giulla d’Amadeo travel for answering our questions very quickly before we left France.

5.00It was a wonderful experience. We traveled many miles with Roberto and Lorenzo, and they were effortless. Both guides were very friendly, helpful, always punctual, and professional. The day at Antylope Canyon and Bryce Canyon was spectacular and very exciting. Although the bus journeys are very long, it's worth it; after all, you cross four states! ✌🏻 Recommended!

5.00I wholeheartedly recommend this tour.. Fantastic experience throughout. The tour started from LA and ended in Utah for 6 nights with excellent guides Roberto, Lorenzo and Susan who were extremely friendly and kind. Special thanks to Jose and Oscar the drivers. Absolutely loved this trip and looking forward to more in future. In short definitely worth your time and money!

5.00What a fantastic way to see so many of the beautiful national parks between Arizona and Utah. Our guides, Brenda, Trudy and Lorenzo were fantastic. They ensured the journey was pleasant and shared their in depth knowledge of each of the places we visited. Highly recommend Empire Vacations/Amadeo Travel to anyone.

5.00I travelled alone and i enjoyed it so much! It was during covid so there were some changes and new regulations. It was challenging but our driver & tour guide made it easy! People who used the service mostly were couple and solo traveller, so it was also a nice experience to get to know people here and there. Thanks viator

1.00We reached out to Viator for a reasonable refund as our tour was really terrible. Not only for my group, but other groups in this tour were also complaining and requesting for a refund. Viator gave a 10% refund but it’s not enough to even cover the downgrade of hotels that the tour gave us for 2 nights. I would really appreciate if they Viator had fight for us for a higher refund since the tour was really terrible. Below is the list of events that happened to your tour. 1. When we first arrived at departure point, we were told we would have to take a mini bus but with luggages separated from us in a big bus. This resulted in a delay of around 45min-1h for collection of luggages when we reached our hotel for first night’s stay. We had to wait for 30min until our luggages arrived before we could have dinner, and we needed another 15-20 min to carry the luggages up to our rooms because there was no elevator in the hotel. 2. We note that our hotels were downgraded for two nights. One at Las Vegas (supposed to be 4-star The Linq hotel but we got 3-star Harrah’s hotel instead) and another was at Kanab (supposed to be 3-star La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kanab but we got 2-star Days Inn) 3. We noted that breakfast was not continental and on a few mornings, we had to take cold packed food comprising just muffins, juice, fruits, yogurt. 4. Our guides, Zipi, Jacob and Alex were lacking. - zipi got lost at Yosemite and had to ask around for directions. She also did not try to solve the problem for the luggages, and instead the driver Armi was running around solving the issue for us. - Jacob did not communicate changes to itinerary and was often unclear on tour/stopover instructions. He was also unaware of registration process at antelope canyon, and it resulted in more than half of the tour group missing out on the antelope canyon tour. In addition, our whole itinerary was delayed and we arrived at the hotel only at 10pm. We also couldn’t eat dinner at Kanab restaurant because these were closed by the time we got back, and had to pack cold sandwiches from a grocery store. - Jacob also did not give advance notice on required outfit for hiking day. Instructions on meeting point, activities, timings etc were often not communicated clearly to us. 5. The itinerary was not followed through and this was not communicated to us throughout the tour. - for example, the Zion park museum was closed and the guide didn’t know beforehand. We had to spend one hour at the visitors centre aimlessly. - we did not do the cruise on lake Powell nor visit Zion park for a walk along virgin river as planned. These were not communicated to us and no replacement activities were organised. - the tour guide to bring us around antelope and Grand Canyon was also absent during our trip and Jacob was jus bringing us to places without any explanation or history of the place. It was not communicated to us that this tour guide was absent. We found out only at night. 6. The aircon in Hotel room at Page was stuffy and not cooling. The hotel staff told us that no more vacancy to swop when we saw there were many empty rooms at other levels.
