Class is on sand, in the shade of a Banyan Tree, and sometimes we stand in where the ankle deep waves wash over our feet, pulling sand out from under our feet. The core work of maintaining alignment on a shift surface makes it a very 'whole body' endeavor.

5.00I took Dennis yoga on a trip to Hawaii! The beach yoga I attended on day one was really amazing and I had the opportunity to do Indian yoga in the studio on day two. Even beginners can participate with peace of mind because they will think of a menu according to their physical condition and level of the day. Dennis was a very friendly and friendly teacher, who relaxed and enjoyed yoga! Morning yoga on a beautiful beach in Hawaii, with soothing ocean and sky views, was truly amazing. I was able to refresh my mind and body and it was a very happy time. Dennis made this trip to Hawaii even more special and wonderful. I definitely want to make a reservation when I come to Hawaii again! Really good for those looking for yoga in Hawaii🌺
