5.00We loved our tour with Jeenu. She was very lovely and took care of everything. We got a tuk-tuk tour of this unique island and had a really tasty lunch at Delft Village Stay. Highly recommend for an authentic experience (the boat among others!).

5.00A wonderful experience going to Delft island with Arun. From the wild landscape, the ponies and knowledge that Arun provided , I had a wonderful time. Arun also took me around Jaffna and the wetlands. Definitely a place to visit if you are going up north. Also Arun knows the best places to get food!

5.00Such an amazing trip, a must if you are visiting Jaffna. Arun, our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the islands, the wildlife, the history. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Lunch is included at a quirky hangout which had a very calm, serene vibe. The food was excellent. The ferries to both islands aren't for the faint hearted but gives you a real incite into local life. Delft Island is very different to most of Sri Lanka so you see another side of this beautiful country. We saw the wild ponies, a sea eagle, the baobab tree and the banyan tree, the old dutch hospital and the lighthouse where a refreshing drink of aloe and cactus was greatly received. The Hindu temple on Nainativu was absolutely stunning and on the drive back the sunset was amazing. This is an all day tour which is tiring but well worth it. It's fun, interesting and totally authentic. Do not miss out book today you won't be disappointed!

5.00This is a brilliant and adventurous tour of Delft and Nainativu with excellent guide Sewa who has great knowledge and a loving and warm personality. The boat trip itself is an adventure and Delft is beautiful with it’s wild horses and peaceful surroundings. The lunch was really good too. I highly recommend this tour, I had the best experience.

5.00We had a wonderful time. Our guide Swati was very knowledgeable and brought the history of the place to life with fascinating anecdotes. The organization was perfect from start to finish and the driver was great! An unmissable experience that we highly recommend.

5.00My guide was so friendly and helpful. I felt like a small child as she had to remove my helmet for me at every stop. She went out of her way to be kind, even buying me bananas and taking me to a shop after thr tour to buy some mixture. She was very knowledgeable about the sights we saw. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

1.00First, Delft island has a special personality for no real reason other than it’s a unique ferry ride from Jaffna. Because I learned how most travelers circumvent the trip for nearly nothing, while various companies sell for ridiculous amounts I was so let down. Forget booking it through platform sites. Everyone goes to same eatery which is also a lodging site. One Tamil staff slighted me because I said thank you in Shingalese. I didn’t find their food good or that people could smoke close to the food. From what the guy on the horse in the ad showed during the day I was extremely disappointed. French people who followed us doing the day on their own asked me how I felt. Devastated.

5.00We had 3 spectacular days!! Really enjoyable great value for money. Our driver and guides were fantastic just lovely people. The guide on Delft via the tuk tuk was really good and full of info great experience
