Explore the culture and heritage of Mysore over the last 700 years. The paintings in Jaganmohan Palace & Art Gallery tell a vivid story. This Palace was built as an alternate residence for the Royal Family and was in fact used extensively when the main Palace had a fire accident.
We will walk past this heritage building and commercial complex and talk about its glorious past.

5.00This was a walk like no other. Faisan is an extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate guide. His walk is full of anecdotes, quizzes, history and humour. His storytelling chooses its direction based on where the participants are from. As a professional storyteller myself, I can assure you that that is a very high level of skill. I will go on any walk that Faisan conducts and i will recommend this to everyone I know that comes to Mysore.

5.00An amazing immersive tour of Mysore with Fez, an incredibly knowledgeable guide who is also very witty and able to bring the stories of Mysore’s history to life. We saw art, architecture, statues and the bustling Devaraj market and tasted special bananas and the OG Mysore Pak! Highly recommend.

5.00We had a few days time in Mysore so decided to do a heritage walk. Shiva was outstanding. We learnt so much about Mysore and India in general over this 2 hours of walk. The city is perfect for a walking tour and this tour was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had during my India visit.
