Whether you’re in the studio or on the sand, our Indoor and Beach Yoga sessions offer "structured improvisations" centered on relaxation through conditioning. We blend Hatha Yoga, sports stretching, and dance conditioning across four rotating themes: Theme 1: Laying Down Yoga. Start in an "X" shape, using peripheral movement to initiate fluid spinal twists. This "Body Xing" method is an ideal warm-up, expanding your physical reach and deepening your connection to traditional asanas. Theme 2: Yoga with Props. Experience "Tadasana in motion" using resistance bands, large sitting balls, and massage balls. We utilize multi-level barres and straps to add dynamic support and challenge to your alignment. Theme 3: Sun Salutations. A high-energy flow designed to build heat and momentum. We rock, sweat, and roll through traditional sequences before settling into a deep, restorative Savasana. Theme 4: Socially Distant Partner Yoga. Connect safely using 10ft straps. Whether pulling on separate ends or stepping into a shared looped strap, you'll master the art of counterbalancing and cooperation. Co-habitating partners can also explore introductory acro-yoga conditioning.

The class was great! Tried out a class with ClassPass and it was definitely worth it. It’s not what you would expect from a conventional yoga class. You do most movements sitting on a ball so you get to practice balance and strengthen your core while stretching and moving into different poses, there’s also straps (securely attached to the walls) and bars that give you extra stability.
