  Our tour guide, Hal, was always very attentive to our preferences and what we wanted to do. He was always asking for our opinion to make us feel more comfortable. He was very patient. Especially with me, when I decided to do some shopping for souvenirs. He even encouraged us to do the zip line and was willing to wait for us. If we decided to do so. 100% recommended.

  We had an excellent Las Vegas city tour with Ruben! Hotel pickup was convenient and on time. He was very accurate, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the tour. Ruben did a great job showing and explaining both the old and new sides of Las Vegas, sharing interesting history and local insights along the way. Our city tour was fantastic, and our guide Ruben made the experience unforgettable. Every stop felt special, and we came away with beautiful pictures and great memories. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!, professional, and engaging — highly recommend this tour with Ruben!

  I enjoyed this particular tour because it was a small group, it felt curated and customized. Rueben, a Vegas native gave us a glimpse of his lived experience with some fun facts about the town while navigating crazy Saturday night traffic. I have taken other tours at different times in town but still didn't know the strip wasn’t in Las Vegas! So we got an education while visiting the best spots in town and getting great pics. Rueben snapped our pictures with a million dollars, the famous Bellagio blown glass ceiling, on Fremont St and St Marks square at the Venetian. There is walking because we get out at every stop and this is Vegas, so wear comfy shoes. Not Ruben related: Water is not provided, even though the listing says it does. Also confirm tour time. We were booked for 7pm, a mixup happened that caused a little stress.. but it was ironed out and the tour went on as originally booked.

  Our tour guide was dope. He showed us many places, took our pictures, was very patient and very knowledgeable about many things. He also shared on how to use the tram. He didn’t rush us and made sure we was happy with our experience

  James was an excellent tour guide. He was very personal and educated about Vegas. He took time to allow us to enjoy every stop and he took our pictures as well. I hope that you retain this person, because he is an outstanding aommitted worker. Hats off to yo James.

  I have been booking tours through Trip Advisor for years and this is the worst tour I have gone on. The tour guide, Hal was very nice but this was not the lively Las Vegas tour my sister and I were expecting. At one point during the tour the guide dropped us off at a hotel to go shopping (we did not ask for this) and we got lost trying to figure out where we were supposed to meet him. At that point, we asked him to just take us back to our hotel. This was definitely not worth the money we paid.

  My wife and I thought the Las Vegas city tour was very interesting. Our tour guide, James, was amazing. He took us to many places in Vegas that we would not have seen on our own. Do plan to walk quite a bit during the stops. James took a lot of photos and shared them with us at the end of the 3 hours plus tour. The pick up from hotels along the strip makes it convenient too.

• Amazing experience and with this tour guide, it’s save you much time and money to explore the city.

  Rushed through each attraction, which didn't accommodate one of the guest's walking ability. Didn't find out to last location that we could stop (ex. stop for ice cream). Lasted 3 hours instead of the 5 that was advertised. Very disappointed that we went through Freemont Street without getting to see the happenings. Again, going so fast through the attractions.

  Supposed to be 5 hrs was 3 hrs including packing up at 2 hotels. Was told Van needed to be back it was doing the hoover damage tour in morning. I felt rushed. Then given envelope for tip. Please. Unprofessional we know that we can if your good.
