The meeting location is under construction and they do not provide clear instructions for how to work around that. I looked around the meeting point for over 20 minutes, since 9:45, and no tour guide was found. When I contacted customer support, they provided no useful help on how to connect with the tour guide or even if a tour was operating.

Ashley was awesome - knew his stuff. I had a tour the following day that addressed some of the same landmarks and didn’t go as in depth or “extra” facts as Ashley did. I’m super glad I got him as my guide and chose this tour first.

Just me and my 10 yr old daughter turned up for our tour. Jess was friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions! It was great to learn more about London landmarks we usually walk past and take for granted. Thanks for a great afternoon!

Matt was knowledgeable, kind, and considerate of spoilers as not all our kids had finished all books. He had his work cut out for him leading us through incredible crowds in Trafalgar Square for West End Live but he was flexible and handled it all with aplomb and a sense of humor. We look forward to seeing his name on a theatre marquee on our next trip!
