4.00The boat ride was very well done. Some boats give a better view as compared to others - you get what comes. The ground trip ticket requires you to get off and catch another boat - not actually round trip.

5.00Worthwhile experience. Magical cruising down the Thames. London's skyline looks stunning from the water! Our tour guide pumped us with a lot of knowledge about the city during the ride. Definitely our choice was absolutely perfect.

5.00We booked this to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the calmest evenings we've had in a long time. Dinner was simple but nice, and the staff surprised us with a small cake, which honestly made our night. No rush, no noise it was a good break from the usual busy celebrations.

3.00In the end, the tour was good mostly because of the guide onboard who was excellent. Viator sent a confirmation voucher after I bought the tkts. which said to present it when arriving to get the official tkt. It then said that a tkt would be sent in a separate email. I then got an email with a tkt. with the wrong time. I emailed back stating such and I then got an email saying that I should reply to Royal Smart Tourism which I did and I then got an email saying that entry to the tour is anytime between 10am and 5pm even though I had to pick a specific time when purchasing. We went back and forth many times and I finally got something with a QR code on it but with the wrong time again, from ANOTHER company. At the tkt office they were confused, but the QR code helped confirm that we could get on the boat. The 2:00pm boat was canceled and we were told we'd have to wait for the 2:40pm boat. We were scheduled to leave from and return to Westminster. When we got to Greenwich, we were told that the boat would not be returning to Westminster as a last minute change and would have to get off at Tower Hill and get ourselves back to our planned destination. Also, at the tkt. window at our origin point, we noticed that the price for the same tour was cheaper than through Viator. I have booked through Viator in the past and have never had a problem, but in the future I think I will try to book directly with the company providing the service especially when in another country.

5.00We took this dinner cruise on the Thames recently and we enjoyed every minute. The service was good everyone on board was friendly, and the boat was clean and ccomfortable. Glad we did this and have a nice evening in london, which we would never forget.
