• Disappointing Trolley Tour With No Air Conditioning

  I was very disappointed with this trolley tour experience. The weather was extremely hot, and unfortunately, the trolley had no air conditioning. To make matters worse, several of the windows were broken and could not be opened properly, leaving passengers trapped in an uncomfortable and stuffy environment for the duration of the tour. Instead of enjoying the sights and learning about the area, it was difficult to focus because of the excessive heat and lack of ventilation. The overall experience felt poorly maintained and not worth the money spent. Passenger comfort and safety should be a priority, especially during hot weather conditions.

  Just because they say it is air condition doesn't mean the air conditioner actually puts out cold air. It was so hot and humid in the trolley. Your pants and shirt were soaking wet when you got done. You could take a Lyft and get closer to all of the sites and be in an air conditioned vehicle. This was a waste of money.

  There was no signage at the casino to indicate that was the pick up location. We were there cause we followed GPS by the address but did not see any thing to indicate that wawe s the right spot so we googled again and found another address which was your depot. We rushed back to casino location but we missed the 12 tour. We called and we're able to reschedule for the 2:00 tour. Please put signage out so people know where to meet up.

  Too long for kids. Learned things but bus was very warm and crowded.

  Parking was a challenge.....at lower casino lot. Not easy access to restroom in casino (closest one was out of order). No place to sit down before tour started....no outside bench. Tour guide was driver, so he didn't talk much. Driver pointed out highlights mostly on drivers side of trolley....not easy to take photos if you sat on opposite side. Was May, but air-conditioner too cold....heater would have been better, so we wore coats. Tour takes you through Forest Park, which was beautiful. Not allowed to hop on, hop off type trolley tour. Lots of road construction and one way streets. Didn't point out the Arch or get to see it.

  Very nice tour of the St Louis highlights. Forest Park was particularly interesting. The sound system in the vehicle needs an upgrade.

  Very nice experience, tour left right on schedule. So glad it was the first thing we did when we got to St Louis so we knew what we wanted to see more of the next day.
