This is a unique and comprehensive look into the Amish way of life. You'll be getting access to several farms and properties that are not available to the public or on any other tour. Your guide's knowledge of the Amish is extensive and the access you will get is the result of our personal relationships with the Amish families.

Stop at the farm where the Academy Award winning movie "Witness" was filmed. You will have a chance to tour the beautiful Amish farm which remains much as it was in the movie, interact with their many animals and possibly meet the wonderful Amish family who owns the farm. This is a completely private stop and not available to the public. We will stop at a private and beautiful Amish home, where the kids make birdhouses. Witness Amish craftsmanship up close in the artisan stable and barn - and purchase a birdhouse if you like.

5.00Our experience was better than expected. Our tour guide, Moses, was very informative and we enjoyed the conversations along our route. Our 12 year granddaughter was excited seeing all the farm animals from ducklings to cows! Also, stopping at one particular Amish Farm we were able to have a wonderful conversation with the housewife. Our tour ended with a delightful treat of ice cream. It was the 'creamiest' and best tasting ice cream I've had since my mother's homemade. Get the waffle cone!!! I have to give one more 'GREAT JOB, MOSES!" It was a pleasure getting to know you and enjoying this wonderful experience.

5.00For my mother's 80th birthday, she didn't want a party; she wanted to see Amish Country. Moses's knowledge was truly amazing! He is a walking history book. We knew this tour would be interesting, but the Unique Amish Immersion in Lancaster exceeded our expectations! Thank you for helping us create some great memories. 🐴

5.00Dale was our guide. A native of the area, he shared the history and his personal knowledge of the Amish and Mennonite communities. Everywhere we stopped he had personal relationships with farm owners and their families. At the Amish farms we visited we met the owners and their families and toured their property. One farm was a creamery and in my mind was as good of not better than the Penn State creamery.

5.00Highly recommend. Guide was a pleasure, had a great rapport with Amish families……several stops at farms, Amish creamery for ice cream stop. Excellent hx of Amish to Lancaster.

5.00Dale, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and provided us with a thorough understanding of the Amish way of life. We are so glad we took this tour during our stay in Lancaster. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn moe about the Amish.
