This day trip is a wonderful combination of yoga and hiking adventure in the peaceful surroundings of Kathmandu. Although the tour starts and finishes in Kathmandu, the actual hiking adventure starts in Nagarkot and finishes in Changu Narayan.
You will enjoy a yoga session before starting the hiking and another gentle yoga and meditation after the hiking finishes.

5.00Had the most fantastic time and experience during my 4 days and 3 nights yoga and a hiking trip with Sunil dai. Made great memories with my old and new friend. Sunil dai was excellent through the trip and took great care of us. Thankyou dai.
