Sai was a knowledgeable and friendly guide who could speak English. Hike was easy for the adults but medium for the kids (9 and 11 years old). Will recommend this if you are looking for an outdoor family activity!

We always checked the reservation before the time of use, and we proceeded without a group on the schedule through quick action in case of problems. Ms Ha intervened actively and finished all the schedules well. Thank you again to SAPA NOMAD,

From the beginning of booking the tour , Ha from the agency was super helpful , he guided me through what bus to take from Hanoi to Sapa, assisted me with reservations times and booked the tracking trip in Sapa for me. He also recommended a very good hotel in Sapa for my stay. I would recommend the beginner even if you are an avid hicker The guide was excellent , we went through 3 villages . We were fortunate with the weather , no rain and not too hot. Lucy was very good, make sure you bring water and light cloths and good non slippery shoes NO sandals. I had a good group so it made it even more pleasant. I would definitely highly recommend this and Ha and his agency are excellent to work with

Incredible experience with Sapa Nomad! We booked them through our hotel Sapa Jungle Homestay and so glad they connected us! The guide Sai was very knowledgeable and so king, and the hiking with incredibly beautiful. Strenuous but not too hard, and they threw in an herbal bath for us too. We also met Minh, who joined us on our journey to capture content. She was so lovely and we really enjoyed hiking with her too! The overnight spot was so beautiful, the beds were cozy, the view was gorgeous, and the food and people were lovely. Overall highly recommend!

Booked 2, 1-day walks with Sapa Nomad. Excellent communication before and during. Nay, our Dao guide was absolutely charming, with good sense humor and excellent English. Tailored the trail choice based on our team’s preferences and variety of abilities, and to avoid the crowds. Mint, from the office joined us 1 day and also lovely. Had some shoe malfunctions and Mint and Nay went out of their way to repair my shoes on the mountain side. Lunches at local homes were delicious and fast. Despite a foggy morning, Nay adapted and we had a great 2 days exploring trails and villages. Highly recommend. Great service and professional and we will certainly seek them out on future visits.
