With over 50 models of electric bikes available, we welcome riders of all sizes and experience levels (min. height 4’10”, max. weight 400 lbs). Most of the route follows protected bike lanes or low-speed roads (25 mph). Riders 12+ can typically ride solo at a parent’s discretion. Non-cyclists can ride tandem with a parent on a cargo eBike.

Asilomar State Beach
(Intermediate Tour) We start at the Big Sur Adventures, 17 Mile Drive shop, just up the hill from this beautiful beach. All sorts of fun, unexpected history surrounds this most beautiful stretch of beach. Watch surfers, snap some photos, hear the waves, smell the ocean air.
17-Mile Drive
We ride the ocean front section from the Pacific Grove gate to Bird Rock.

5.00Easy enjoyable and picturesque e-bike tour down 17 mile drive and back. Bring some layers and enjoy the ride! Zane (Zach, Dane, Brock, Dude, Hey You …) was a fantastic tour guide. Laid back and quite informative, this was the way to take it all in.

5.00This was such a fun experience. Suzy was a phenomenal guide and we felt safe at all times. My husband and our 2 boys ages 19 and 16 absolutely loved this experience. We have done other e-bike tours in other cities and this was the best one. The views on ride and the ease of the bikes made this a truly wonderful experience. Suzy was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease.

5.00Lots of eBike options. 7 yr old rode tandem with my husband, sturdy cage around child. We did intermediate tour and this was our 1st eBike ride. Intermediate tour was easy enough for beginners. Some twists & turns you must be cautious as no bike lanes. There are lots of runners, dog walkers, and other bikes on the road, drivers stayed below 25 mph when passing group ride. Beautiful scenery and tour guide was very informative on Monterey Bay Marine life & history. Several stops along the route to rest including Pebble Beach Golf Course market for snacks/deli lunch. Tour left at 10am and weather was great. My legs are not sore as I rode throttle most of way, 15-20 mph whole ride (maxed out at 25 mph downhill). Will do again as solo ride rental.

5.00We had a beautiful Saturday afternoon ride with Zane, who was patient, knowledgeable and laidback (perfect for an e-bike tour on a windy road). Length of trip was perfect. Loved the stops and the tidbits Zane shared at each one. Appreciated that this company has a “family friendly” tour so that ours was able to keep a faster pace. E-bikes are definitely the way to see the 17-Mile Highway!

5.00We loved this experience. The views of landscape and wildlife were unbelievably beautiful. Our guide, Suzy, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. She took the time to get to know us and discover our interests. She made sure we had opportunities to check out things that would be most important to us to see. She gave us a great orientation to the e-bikes. The ride was so fun but always felt safe.

5.00Tour was insightful and just what we expected. Guide did a great job of explaining what was going to happen and gave breaks along the way. My only suggestion for those attending, bring layers. The weather was cool and thankfully we had extra layers to add. At 10-12 miles an hour on the ride, an ocean breeze and 58 degrees, the extra layers were needed!!
