Appartment was included in price but was not booked by operator/owner Dario, so we had to sleep on the boat which had no bed linen or towels. Had big issues with electricity. We were charged extra for port taxes and shoreside electricity connection even though operator confirmed that is all included in course price. Boat had issues with battery so soon after leaving a port, navigation, eco sounder, anemometer stop working. Fridge, el. Plug and lights in pax cabin don't work at all. Skipper Tino was not familiar with the boat, we had 2 hours delay on departure as he did nit knew how to start engine. Did not know how to answer many questions, or shown any interest in finding the answers. Class did not have a "head and tail", just pilling bunch of information. Luckily weather was nice and we had enough previous experience and skills to sail.
