As the Jungfraujoch is covered in snow all year round, we recommend bringing a warm jacket, shoes with a solid rubber sole and sun glasses to experience all indoor and outdoor attractions. Please note that there is no possibility to rent clothes or shoes on top of the Jungfraujoch.
Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
Recommendations by Jungfrau Railways to enjoy the stay at high altitude: 1) You should be physically fit and healthy. 2) Good footwear is important for getting around safely. 3) Not recommended for pregnant women from the 7th month or with high-risk pregnancies, and for children under 2 years due to difficulties equalising pressure and insufficient fluid intake.
What To Expect
Zurich
Head to Sihlquai Bus Station near Zurich train station in the morning to meet your multilingual guide and board your comfortable coach. Then, relax on the scenic drive through the Bernese Oberland countryside.
Interlaken
A scenic coach journey through splendid countryside takes you to the Bernese Oberland. After a short break in Interlaken, a picturesque village nestled idyllically between Lakes Brienz and Thun, you continue to Grindelwald.

5.00We had a great time. Started early in Zurich. Greeted by our awesome tour guide Bjorn and ride a double deck bus. I recommend sit on the upper deck. There is a restroom at the bus station. We had a bery good driver who make our trip safe! Great driving skills. We enjoyed Interlaken, Cable ride from Grindenwald and of course enjoyed Jungfraujoch! It was a long 12 hr trip but so worth it. We had a blast! 😍

5.00Cable car and train to get there and back. Hiking on a glacier, underneath a glacier, ice sculptures, zip line, tubing on ice, research station tour, food, chocolate, and tourist paraphernalia. Feeling like you are in a James Bond movie. I absolutely loved this. Well worth it!!

5.00Oh my goodness! This trip was worth every penny. There were multiple stops along the way & the guides moved you along accordingly to the time schedule. The biggest reward was getting to the top of the mountain. It was exquisite!
