5.00We visited Madame Tussauds New York using the Go City Pass and honestly weren’t expecting much, but we absolutely loved it. The whole experience was so much more fun and immersive than we imagined. The figures are incredibly detailed, the themed areas are brilliant, and there’s a great mix of classic icons and modern stars. If you’re already using the Go City card, it’s a no‑brainer — fantastic value and a really entertaining way to spend a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting NYC.

5.00We had a great time at this engaging wax museum experience. Much more interactive than expected, we got up close and sat next to many of the figures for cell phone pictures. The figures are not only very close duplicates, they are also the same height and build as the real person. Displayed by type of celebrity: movie stars, music, sports, tv, horror, etc etc. We did this tour at 10:30 am prior to our lunch and Saturday matinee show. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes, FUN. Highly recommended.

5.00It was AMAZING, a very beautiful museum. What I loved and what was totally unexpected was the passage through the horror movies. We hesitated and didn't even dare to approach some statues haha. It was awesome.

4.00We traveled 2 hours from Philadelphia just to visit this particular museum. I thought it would be a lot more celebrity wax figures. Some were identical to their character and some needed more work to resemble their character. I visited the M. T. Museum in England and compared the two. England's was better. My personal opinion. I also paid for 2 guide books , which I never received, while here at the N.Y. Museum. The staff here were great. Sara who operated the elevator and Jennifer a guide who directed us to each floor. The young man on the first floor who scanned our tockets was very nice. Im sorry i didnt get his name. The kids were disappointed that the Rock was missing. We were informed he was being worked on. Even though I am disabled and on a walker, I was able to maneuver myself on each floor. Over all my experience was good.
