It is a lot of walking. We thought we would be in a golf cart kind of thing. The guide was very accommodating.

The guide, Mrs. Eva, was very prepared, professional and helpful, as well as being a very affable and nice person. I put us at ease and gave us a great tour providing us with comprehensive information about the history of the city, culture, society and famous Polish and, in particular, Warsaw.

Our guide Natalie was very well formed and polite. Was a bit of a challenge finding the starting point (even the guide had the same problem). Grossly overpriced. Not recommended for people who cannot be on their feet for more than 3 hours.

Our guide was very soft spoken and her English was poor. She did not have a plan for the tour and expected us to tell her what we wanted to see. She was poorly organized and my partner, who is Polish American, actually knew more than she did about history and had to help her several times with her English. We came away feeling like we learned nothing about Polish history. This was a 4 hour tour that cost $273 and we ended it at 2 hours as it was extremely disappointing. This was the worst experience we have had with a Viator tour and I have booked many times with you here and in the U.S. I will likely look elsewhere in the future. This was grossly inadequate and we felt we were scammed.

The guide did not speak decent English, so it was hard to understand and pretty impossible to effectively communicate.

We loved our introduction to Warsaw and Poland with Aleksander on our first day in Warsa. His knowledge of Poland’s history and the city’s past was amazing, and he shared it with so much passion. He also personalized the tour to our questions and interests, which made the experience even more meaningful. Highly recommended! Mike and Paola

We wanted to see inside the royal castle so opted for the 6-hr tour. However, this was a bit much given the hot weather and we had to cut the tour short. There is lots of walking involved and definitely something to consider with the high temperatures outside. For the part of the tour we participated in, it was good. We enjoyed seeing inside the castle and learning about its history. We also appreciated seeing the childhood house of Maria Sklodowska-Curie. The guide was happy to share Warsaw history with us and we had a good time. Thank you for a nice tour!
